  • HEAD BAKER

    We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to join our team to lead our production unit. Working closely with our Exec Baker you’ll over see the creation of both bread & pastry lines, lead the training of junior team members & be responsible for quality control as we service our own stores as well as a growing list of wholesale customers.


    5yrs experience minimum
    40 - 45 hours a week

  • BAKER - PASTRY

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate baker to join our team and support our growing bakery team. Working across our pastry section we need someone with an eye for detail and experience in baking in a commercial or artisan environment.
    Supported by our Exec Baker this is a great opportunity for someone to expand their skills, and work with a close knit team across multiple areas.

    2yrs experience minimum

    weekend availability required
    day shifts available
    up to 35 hours a week

  • BRUNCH CHEF

    We are always looking to connect with passionate like-minded chefs who share our love for quality produce & beautiful plates of food.
    Part-time hours available, shifts between 7:30am-4:30pm, giving our chefs a great work/life balance whilst still creating food they can take pride in.

    Pontcanna, Canton, Penarth & Cowbridge

Trial shifts are 1-2hrs long and are unpaid. They are a chance to showcase your skills & attitude in a practical environment so we can assess efficiency, team dynamic and initiative alongside any required skills & experience
