  • HEAD BAKER

    We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to join our team to lead our production unit. Working closely with our Exec Baker you’ll over see the creation of both bread & pastry lines, lead the training of junior team members & be responsible for quality control as we service our own stores as well as a growing list of wholesale customers.


    5yrs experience minimum
    40 - 45 hours a week

  • BAKER

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate baker to join our team and support our growing bakery team. Working across bread & pastry we need someone with an eye for detail and experience in baking in a commercial or artisan environment.
    Supported by our Exec Baker this is a great opportunity for someone to expand their skills, and work with a close knit team across multiple areas.

    2yrs experience minimum
    up to 40 hours a week

  • BRUNCH CHEF

    We are looking for a detail orientated chef to join us at our busy Cowbridge site. Our brunch chefs benefit from a great work life balance, and make a perfect role for those looking to move away from evening services so they can prioritise time with loved ones.
    Prioritising fresh ingredients & premium presentation the right candidate will share our values about creating the ultimate brunch experience.

    2 years experience minimum
    Saturday - Wednesday
    35-40hrs per week

  • FOH COWBRIDGE

    We are hiring a full time FOH team member in our Cowbridge store!
    In the heart of this busy high street our team work through some very busy services, building relationships with locals and visitors alike & sharing our passion for great food & service.

    Starting August 2025

    1 year experience in a FOH role
    25-30hrs per week
    weekend availability essential
